Account
Your login (one email + password). One person, one Account. Manage it under Account settings.
Profile
Your personal display info attached to your Account — name, avatar, signature. Today: one Profile per Account.
Workspace
A shared environment that owns templates, agreements, branding, and integrations. You can belong to multiple Workspaces with different roles. Example: 'ABC Company' is a Workspace.
Workspace role
Your permission level inside a Workspace — Owner, Admin, Editor, or Viewer.
Member
A person with access to a Workspace. Members have Accounts and log in. Managed under Members & Roles.
Client
A customer or business the Workspace sends agreements to. A Client is a record, not a login.
Signer
A person who signs an agreement. Identified by name + email. Signers do not need an Account — they use a secure magic link.
